I have known Angela for close to 20 years and consider her to be loyal, organized, and results-oriented. In fact, I chose her as the first employee whom I invited to join me in my internet start-up. I believed that she had the skill set to support our mission - and I was certainly not disappointed. She was able to quickly identify my priorities, advocate for causes she believed to be in our best interest, and quickly execute her responsibilities with minimal input from myself.

Angela’s accomplishments include the ability to scale our HR processes to the right size for our needs. For example, as a small company, we were not free to invest in employee benefits to the same degree as our larger competitors. However, Angela created a benefits package for us rich enough to recruit and retain top talent while balancing our conservative fiscal approach.
